How long it takes

We pack and dispatch within 1-2 business days. Delivery is 7-14 business days to your door, with tracking. You get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves our workshop.

Duties and taxes

We take care of import duties and taxes for you. The courier will not ask you for anything at the door, no customs surprises, no brokerage fee.

United States only for now.

Straight from the workshop

Every nipper is made, hand-sharpened, inspected and packed by our own team, then sent directly to you. There is no distributor and no middleman in between.

If your parcel is late or lost

Email support@elisnail.com with your order number. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days we re-ship or refund, your choice.
