Terms of service

Who you are buying from

This store is operated by Cong Vinh Nguyen (“ElisNail”, “we”, “us”), 9 Bay Street, Croydon NSW 2132, Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. Import duties and taxes into the United States are covered by us, so nothing further is payable on delivery. We may correct an obvious pricing error and cancel and refund the affected order; we will always tell you first. We may refuse or cancel any order.

The product

These are professional cuticle nippers with a hand-sharpened edge. They are sharp tools intended for trained use on cuticle and nail. Keep them away from children. We are not liable for injury caused by misuse.

Retail orders are covered by our 14-day guarantee, counted from delivery. See the Refund policy. Wholesale orders of 20 nippers or more are made to order and covered by the written terms of your quote.

Shipping

See our Shipping policy for cost, delivery times and what happens if a parcel is late or lost.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
